The amber forest. What sounds like fantasy really existed. About 38 to 50 million years ago. And it was where? Right. In today´s North Sea. The climate was very warm at the time, almost subtropical. I wonder if this is actually the origin of Koa.

The "Dark Amber". This Irish Bouzouki wants to be played. Every day and with growing enthusiasm. Then the Koa top unfolds its exceptional volume and an outstanding sound.
Mahagony is a well balanced tonewood. That makes it the ideal partner. The wood doesn't play in the foreground and allows the Koa top to warm up. The outcome is a rich and resonant tone. To get a great instrument, you need the perfect combination. You find it here. A hardcase and the "Kingfisher" Pickup system is included. The "Dark Amber" is also available as a lefthand model. Just drop me a line after purchase.
