After stormy days, here in my North German homeland all kinds of floatsom washed on the shore. Unfortunately, a mermaid has never been present. If it changes, you´ll be the first to know. Until then I want to introduce you a rare yet beautiful alternative. The Merrow.

Jens Kommnick plays the "Merrow".

I don't want to go out on a limb but this is very likely the first Irish Bouzouki made from the tonal outstanding mango wood.

It´s one of the most beautiful tonewoods I ever used. Sure, everything is relative but for me Mango wins the day when it comes to a comparison with Rosewood. The bold and powerfull tone harmonize perfectly with the warm and balanced tone of the cedar top. However, you decide. Comes with a case and the inbuild "Kingfisher" Pickup. Lefthand model is available.
